At a young age, Ronnie developed a love for video making. As she pursued her dreams, she studied Communication with an emphasis in Visual Media at Brigham Young University- Idaho. In 2015, Ronnie put her dreams into action and began her cinematography business, Ronnie Harris Films. Throughout her career, she has filmed in various locations throughout the western United States, including: Idaho, Utah, Arizona, and California. She has been mentored by award-winning cinematographer Michael Jensen, owner, at Jensen Video LLC. Additionally, Ronnie has worked as a Video Production Director for Soapbox Creative Agency, supervising teams to create video advertising for businesses throughout the eastern Idaho region.
Ronnie’s success is fueled by her passion to tell a compelling and emotion-driven story. This is often demonstrated through hours of late night editing, early morning pre-bridal sessions, and her desire to go above and beyond to guarantee her clients’ satisfaction.
Aside from videography, her other obsessions include: spending time with her incredible family, dancing, skiing, and eating the famous Italian dish “Maccheroni e Formaggio” (aka mac n cheese from the box). Above all, she loves her sweet husband Kyle who continues to be the strongest supporter of her work.
Wedding videos have become more and more popular as people can not only watch their special day, but relive the memory with beautiful emotion. These films are cherished for generations and serve as family history documents to see how people laughed, smiled and danced!
Of course! We provide videos with 1080p quality through Vimeo that you can share with your family and friends. With each post, please give video credit to Ronnie Harris Films.
We currently serve the East Valley/Phoenix Metro areas but are willing to travel upon request. The customer would need to pay a traveling fee for events outside of this region.
We shoot all of our weddings with a variety of cameras that allow us to capture the different angles andsettings to ensure we don’t miss any part of your special event. The majority of the film is shot with full-frame DSLR cameras of the Canon variety. Our most recent purchase is the Canon 6D DSLR camera.
We know how important this day means to you and we want to do everything to ensure we capture every part of your special day. For that reason, we always have backup cameras with fully charged batteries along with backup audio equipment just in case.
Editing can vary depending on the length and complexity of each video shoot. Quality is very important to us and we try to be as careful and thoughtful as we can in order to preserve a beautiful and cherished memory forever. With that, we do not recommend rushing the editing process. Typically we like to turn around our videos in two to three months.
In order to book a wedding, we require 50% down to book the event and the remaining 50% is due two weeks before the event date.
